Was going to try and get thru all the breakfast and lunch stuff today...but running out of steam.

Got close...still need to make grilled chicken Fajitas wraps. Got plenty of lunch meat and fixings for sandwiches too.


Maybe I will get a second wind....

Chicken Breasts Cleaned up and packed in a Cilantro Lime Marinade....with a touch a tequilla

Several dozen chicken wings broken down and packed up


ready for the grill and some hot wing' N

Time to bust out the meat grinder......

gotta make a fresh sausage to stuff into the Chicken Breasts.

Still gotta break down 7 more chickens..make a stock...reduce it down to a sauce base. That should take all night just for the sauce.

still need to make a pot of thick stew to stuff inside the giant shepards pie...

oh yeah....Mashy taters for the shepards pie still...
