Snowbikes have evolved. You can take them pretty much everywhere your sled goes, but with less effort. Western editor Ryan Thompson gives us his take on the 2018 Timbersleds.
A little lube goes a long way. We'll show you where you need to grease your sled to keep it feeling new. Our experts dissect six different chassis styles and point out where the zerks that need to be greased are.
Troubleshooting is all what you know, and if you've wanted to know how to test specific items on your new Arctic Cat 8000, then we have the electrifying answers for you here in a quick and easy lesson in testing the electrical components and helping you get it done on your own.
Quick and painless: Test Rider Ryan Veltum and his dad Butch Veltum did a quick "trail upgrade" to his 2009 Ski-Doo Summit 154 to make it trail-able.

Long Term Tests

Hard to get crossed up on the 2017 Arctic Cat Cross Country because it is surprisingly good on the trails. The AmSnow test crew were all happy to ride this one through any hard, soft or tight trails, despite its size.
Up in the air or down on the trail, you can have fun either place on the Adrenaline. The new 850 in a 137-inch length is a standout!
Flight time! In the powder, on the trail or in the air, the Summit 850 makes anyone confident.

Regular Reads

We each have our own little "happy place" we like to snowmobile. Editor Mark Boncher knows it's important to visit those.

Now that the smoke has lifted following the Arctic Cat Textron merger, we can see the outcome with clearer vision. It is tempting to call Arctic's new 800 Twin C-TEC 2 snowmobile engine the "engine that saved Arctic Cat."

The November issue also comes with a bonus Tech Notes by Joey Strub from Bikeman R&D. Check his story out here:
