Sled: Arctic Cat

2005 F7 having problems with vibration in the secondary and with belts only lasting 3 to 500 miles.  check the deflection and alignment multiple times per season.  I tore it apart last weekend and think I found what was causing it- the movable sheave bearing/sleaved was destroyed.  I have read alot about issues/in-consistencies with and the 05 clutching for DD.  Looking into 2 options- #1 replace my 05 secondary with a used 06- if I can find one (upgraded sheaves/ better deflection adjuster, etc), #2 purchase the 10.4" sheave updage kit for my 05 clutch (hiperf.com)?  Anyone have any insight to my issues?  suggestions?  Anyone aware of an 06 F7 Secondary for sale?

in my opinion,dont do the 10.4.i did and it sucked.i just put a stock 07 f8 secondary on mine and wow did it come to life.i have a 05 f6 with a 06 f7 motor and full d&d exhaust and bullseyes and this thing rocks now with a lot more torque out of the hole
