Crankcase full of oil

98 Mach Z 779 Triple, all 3 cylinders have oil in them. I got about 2 oz. out of each of them. Removed & checked oil pump check valves - OK. Checked oil cap vent - OK. Any ideas why the injection oil is filling the case? Thanx

It's a miracle... just keep collecting it and you will never have to buy oil again.You must have the Opec crankcases.

2 things come to mind here, 1; your oil pump is over oiling when the sled is running and when you shut it off it all settles in the bottom of the case or the pump lever could be hanging open at an idle causeing it to fill with oil. and 2, correct me if im wrong here, but your oil pump check valves only prevent oil from running back OUT of your motor/oil lines NOT INTO it. your valves could just be letting the oil run right into the case.

The ck valves require 2-3 psi to open to prevent oil running into the cylinders like this, and they ck out ok.
