Wanted

I have a 780 mach z in the shop with a blowed up cylinder, it has wiseco 2384P2 pistons in it, which are .50mm overbore. The problem is wiseco has replaced this piston with a new part number of 2434m07000, and its ring design is a flat ring and the original pistons use a "L" ring, was hoping somone might have a old stock piston on the shelf, or the guy is gonna have to replace all 3 pistons to the new part number. Let me know if you have a piston available.

no, the number I need is exactly what I posted, your number would be the incorrect size(std) and also wrong rings, if you read my post I have that number in there, thats the new number with a flat ring, wrong one to match the other 2, thanx for trying to help though.

If you know someone that is a Parts Unlimited dealer, have them do a search on that part #2384P2. I ran into your same problem a few years ago looking for Wiseco rings for that same piston. The search found 1 set in MI, 2 other sets in MN, NOS rings. Its worth a try... I also have a few people in mind I can ask if they might have a piston. I'll post if I come up with something for you...

thanx guys, but unfortunately  its too late. I had to order all 3 brand new, couldnt find them in time and the guy wanted the sled back. Figures someone would have some, woulda saved him $300. Thanx alot for the replys though!!
