I made one for the ski with 4X4 pressure treated and four castor wheels.
Put two peices together like a cross wheels on each end, the bar perpendicular to your Hawk has recess cuts to allow for skags to be suspended by longitudinal bar under ski. All wheels are recessed and the rig rolls about a half inch of the ground. Grab the ski loop and push the rig under the ski. Super easy and elegant cheap solution.
