Not sure about that number, but the 93 Storm original flywheel had 6 more degrees of initial timing (28 degrees and the same 12 degrees at top end as the others) Polaris stated that it was due to the length of the magnets. Later in the year, Polaris replaced that flywheel with one with shorter magnets and only 22 degrees initial timing and 12 on top. The original is better.
In 96, all Storms and several other Polaris triples went to sequential digital ignition. This requires a different flywheel with an extra long magnet in only one of three positions to synchronize the timing to the correct cylinder.
Don't know who repairs magnets.
