Kawasaki 250 f 2008 issue !!!!

The 08 model has an issue with varying cylinder heights !!

If you have one that has an issue with overheating or has broken the wrist pin please be advised to go DIRECTLY to Kawasaki and open a warranty ticket with your dealer and call the 800 line.

You will most likely be calling and dealing with some folks that are very tightliped about it. Be persistent !

push the dealer and keep calling the 800 line.

Chaplin Kawasaki is the best bet for this issue to be followed up on.

the current 5 hour window for  piston replacement is a good way to see if you have one of the bad units.

some have recieved new heads also.

Re: Kawasaki 250 f 2008 issue !!!!
ok ,  how did the cyls come up with different heights ?  you gotta give these guy's more secifics when they get on the complaint line with busted wrist pins, smashed ring lands, and bent rods....lol    "I'D WANT A NEW MOTOR"   ...lol    love >2oronno

is a reason an excuse or an excuse a reason?

when excused from work early , dont you need a reason ?

is calling a problem an excuse a way to deal with the fact you cant figure out the problem ?
