Jim this sled has our race prep apex 1000 cc with our standalone efi with coil on plug ignition that uses angle base timing this will be very interesting this motor was never on dyno before I tuned it in the field

hay dynotech please give me a # and location where you are at would like to dyno my supercharged sled need more input on it so i can diel it in better same here with tuning in the field thank you

Gus you're right I'm having way too much fun. 22 years ago we rejoiced when the first sled on the dyno, a brand new 86 stock Exciter would finally just "break idle" on the dyno and run up to 7500 (that took two weeks of carb tuning to do that). Back then 125hp was king triple mod HP. I had read in catalogs that those 125motors were 186. Imagine that. Then I dynod a middlesex 600indy turbo for Tripod, made 148 and blew our minds. Now these big mods make 100hp+ per cylinder. No more problem "breaking idle" on the dyno when you have 125hp at idle. www.dynotechresearch.com has address and contact info.
