Re: Bikeman pipemod 600 cfi(Willie)
MRZ,  I rode Wille's 600 up in Canada, and it has that instant snap feel from the Bikemann mod, with the clutch spring he installed. It feels like riding a motorcross bike. Instant snap, very fun in the trails. Top speed, well. I never got a chance to really run it on a lake, but it feels real quick for sure. I at the time had a 02 XC7 and it felt snappier than that did, and alot more fun to ride. But Willie will give you more info on it than me. I bought a new dragon 600 switchback this year, because I felt the gas mileage will be better for sure and the power is at the very least the same as my 02 XC7, and alot more fun to ride. I am doing the Bikemann mod myself along with the clutch spring kit. It is a cheap way to get alot of fun!

First upgrade for the 600HO (CFI or not)

EPI maroon with 10-64.   After that, you can use the bikeman mod pipe.  Noticeable difference in the midrange.  With this set-up, if you are not happy of your 600, think about a 800 ;-)

Thanks Willie! We love the 600.Just looking to make it even sweeter, and to really piss-off those 700,s.Will the 600 work with the 11-64 or is that to aggresive of a shift curve?I will definately consider the 800 for 2010.Lets see how it runs in production form.

7900-8100 max

Didn't try the 11-64.  I don't think they will work the the set-up I gave here.  Use the 10-64 with EPI maroon and you will have the best set-up I've found...

LOOK FOR 2010 TO BE A STELLAR YEAR FOR POLARIS. I THINK YOU MAY SEE SOME NEW COOL STUFF. I KNOW WE ALL HEARD THIS BEFORE, BUT 10 WILL BE IT. 09 IS A TOUCH OF PERFORMANCE BUT A NEW CHASSIS IS COMING.

Really???, hmmmmmm.  I should have waited until next year to get a new sled.  Do you know if the chassis will be similer to the current chassis?  Any chance of Polaris coming out with a Direct injection for 2010? Fine tune that and maybe see a 130 Hp 600 stock. Maybe a new primary clutch?

Willie: When the P2 clutch comes out in 2010 for the 4 injectors, it will fit my 2009 600 4 injector, right?

Willie, I have a Fusion 600 136 with the cobra track, Bikemamn pipe mod. I was wondering will the maroon with 10-64s work or should I try 10-62s, I also have stock gears. Thanks, ppolaris

10-64 with maroon.  If you go off trail or weight over 275 pound, you should be fine with the 10-62.
