1000 twin in a zx

Need some input i have a prostock "zx" twin chassis in the garage with no motor anyone think a 1000twin would work in this chassis without to much headache? looking to build a lake racer......

 Thanks everyone for their input

should work well.  I remember the skidoo race dept put one in a CKIII and it would out run the stocker everytime.  Better aero and chassis for speed.

If I was going to do it, I would look at the 215 3 cyl supercharged seadoo motor.  I bet it wouldn't weigh all that much more and makes peak power at 8100rpm.  Bigger supercharger wheel and make closer to 300hp on pump gas.

Shouldn't be too bad as I had a 1006 Crankshop in my 02 ZX with triple pipes.

Talk to Crankshop about a solid motor plate as I used Larry's 700 plates for the ZX and you will need to make some pipes to fit.

They are light and easier to work on than the REV.
