Just got off the ph with Louie Wirbel second pass this new sled ever made is a 8.55 with a 1.156 60' footer,Lou says this setup is going to be the way to go!!! cant wait till he gets some test time on it. Just to let you know a couple things about it, I believe you use your tunnel and attach it to the Proline Billit bulkhead,Lou's sled is based off the rev and uses the one piece body kit,when you take the body off the engine is right there simular to a ck3 chassis no frame work in your way to get to the engine. Great job John,Lou,Edwin Sheryl Wish I was there!!!!!!!!

Chassis is based on Proline Billet front end with a stock Rev Tunnel. Same front end as ProLine Open Mod with some dimensional changes. This is a great chassis! John is working on the number 2 production as we speak. Ron

Not to get into a match here but I never saw where the rules read billet front ends allowed, it does say tubular frontends so here we go again..... back to the same old bend to allow some but not others. It is a nice looking piece though .

Here is the rules from the website. CHASSIS Commercially available aftermarket frames permitted, design and integrity are subject to tech inspection. All frame components except braces, brackets, and gussets must be manufactured from 4130 chromoly tubing and plate or 6061-T6 aluminum plate. Stock OEM bulkhead allowed and reinforcement allowed. From what i can read, the aluminum front bulkhead is allowed with no question. It meets those specs.

Joe Riccardi can't run his sled. OEM tunnel, different OEM Engine cases. Artic Cat Tunnel ski doo engine but direct drive chain case which no manufacture makes is allowed.WOW! Good job everyone in norwalk. My dad said he had fun!!!Jason Dunigan

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for there help. We had a wonderful time in Norwalk, and the new chassis shows lots of potential. On the new chassis we are running a chaincase with hyvo gears and chain.
