Western U.P. Snowmobile Report

March 25, 2008

CURRENT SNOW DEPTH:
16

LATEST SNOW and GENERAL WEATHER:
Final week of the season...lookin' pretty good weather wise for the rest of the week....days in the 30's but very cold overnights...a little frsh snow to whiten things up...bases holding up well.

TRAILS and CONDITIONS:
We are being told by riders BIG SNOW COUNTRY TRAILS are holding up nicely...Be aware some trails will have icy areas and you're likely to run into a few wet places-ride accordingly...and as always slow down on corners. The season ends officially March 31st, so this most definitely ONE MORE TIME, TIME!
As always, check with your lodging facility on ice depth and conditions before venturing out on any Lake, especially now.
Come on up-have fun-be safe!

SPECIAL EVENTS:
Take a look at web cams throughout the area to check out the snow for yourself. Find links on our website at www.westernup.info
