primary sheave bushing help
Iam working on a 1998 ZRT 800 and cant find the right bushing for the main primary sheave. The clutch has a hand written number on the cover that says its from a 1998 Mountain Cat 800. And the dealer tells me that you have to buy the whole clutch sheave and bushing, even though the bushing/bearing comes out by removing a c-clip. Anybody know of an aftermarket bushing for this or what I need to do?

Re: primary sheave bushing help
That is true. In 1992 you were able to order the replacement bushing but most of time you break the cover while trying to extract the old one. If you still want to try the part number for the bushing is "0646-121" . Hope this helps.Geeked [8-|]
